Sorry to be a *downer* on this one.
Yeah,it's great to read a positive article about the LAPD,woohoo, BUT to what cost to our Officers???
They are afraid of doing their job,because of the public,racial profiling ,etc..It's down to *will I get into trouble for this or not*,etc..

Sorry, but the rank and files (or what ever you call it)has become a bunch of ... kissers to the public.
They do not stand behind the woman and men in blue.
